Verifying the patient&#8217;s identity is always essential.<br\/><br\/>2. \ud83d\udc89Right drug<br\/>Always double check the medication used.<br\/>Knowing the function of the drug and the patient&#8217;s disease is also fundamental to understanding its usefulness in the therapeutic context.<br\/><br\/>3. \ud83d\udc8aRight dosage<br\/>It is very important to check the concentration of the drug in case there has been an oversight in the dose calculation.<br\/>Writing errors are not excluded too.<br\/><br\/>4. \u23f0Right time<br\/>Check the therapy schedule indicated by the attending physician.<br\/><br\/>5. \ud83e\uddd1\u200d\ud83d\udd2cRight route<br\/>Always ensure that the route of administration is indicated.
