Ciao! My name’s Erica and I’m a vet nurse too!
The reason behind this blog is to share with current and future colleagues in the industry my passion for the role of the vet nurse, the love of science and the interest in a better veterinary industry and overall animal health practices.
My dream is to create a platform to share information about learning paths, work opportunities (and volunteering!) as well as the personal and professional development of each vet nurse e vet tech in Italy and the world!
I graduated in Animal Sciences in 2019.
After some work experience in Italy and England, I left to do some volunteering in Asia and never really stopped since.
I visited and lived in Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam and Singapore for work and volunteering.
I started this very project when I was in Bali (Indonesia) for a few months.
After an experience in Australia, halted by Covid-19 I started again to work in a vet practice in Switzerland and to build this small but big project: Assistente.vet!
